Project XXI is still in the concept phase, but this is where it stands thus far:
I’m thinking a second chain-ring on the other side of the crank driving this three barrel gatling gun. Handlebar mounted trigger (say in a bell position) will disengage a clutch in the receiver allowing barrels to spin and gun to fire.
Snail-drum magazine loading from the bottom.
Chambered for 9mm or .38 Super maybe--that’s still in the air.
Laser sight on the handle bars.

This thing IS meant to be mounted on an old Schwinn Tandem, right? So you can have a "gunner" propelling the weapon from the back?
Sounds like California bicyclists EVERYWHERE could finally "get some" [errgghm...respect...gggmmm]
I mean, it's not like its an automatic weapon or anything. "Ernie! Pitch me those ammo belts from the handlebar basket! I'm runnin' outta bullets!
Ok, I'm done. I want a kit when you bring it to the market, though.
